This role is responsible for carrying out new electrical installations, repair and maintenance of our Street lighting assets, market power posts and electrical vehicle charging infrastructure on the Public Realm.
Southwark Council has over 17 Thousand Street lighting assets and over 200 EV points which we maintain.
As part of the Climate Change Programme we are rolling out our LED lantern capital replacement programme and we will be installing a further 200 Electrical Vehicle Charging Points Borough wide and you will be part of delivering this service as well as delivering other highways projects.

Salary ranges dependent on experience
Craft Operative: £33,786 - £47,410
Craft Operative+: £37,221 - £52,521
