The Role:
The role is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and highly committed individual to make a positive impact at Southwark Council.
This will be achieved by ensuring that services meet operational and functional requirements demanded by the Services portfolio responsible for the following service areas – Neighbourhood Nuisance and Noise, Anti-Social Behaviour and Licensing.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Services , you will provide strong leadership and motivate the team to reach operational excellence, ensuring that the Services team’s functions are effectively managed whilst transforming the experience of the Councils ‘Fairer Future’ agenda with regard to bringing the full benefits and opportunities to all Southwark's residents.
About You:
This role requires an experienced and passionate leader with a good track record of managing services and experience of change management.
