Your mission:

  • Master methodologies: Apply your knowledge in project management methodologies, whether it’s Prince2 or Agile, to plan, execute, and monitor projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Design for success: Bring your solid understanding of workplace design principles to the table, ensuring every project aligns with our organisation's goals and contributes to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Multi-tasking maestro: Your ability to manage complex facilities projects and transform workspaces will play a crucial role in achieving our vision for a better workplace.

How will you make an impact:

We are searching for a passionate and experienced Workplace Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering excellence who will bring a blend of the following:

  • Excellent communication skills in conveying project requirements, updates, and addressing issues clearly and effectively.
  • Examples of how you've ensured high-quality outcomes in your previous role as a Project Manager within Building or Facilities management.
  • Leadership excellence, show us your experience in leading and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Project Management expertise with Prince2 or Agile methodologies in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Illustrate your understanding of workplace design principles and how you've applied them to create positive work environments and exceptional project outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency with a variety of IT systems and applications.

As our Workplace Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing projects that redefine our workspaces. Your unique blend of organisational prowess, leadership skills, and project management expertise will drive the transformation of our workplace, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

This role is hybrid based at our fantastic Tooley Street office, near to London Bridge station.
