The role

Are you an ambitious, creative and innovative administrative professional who is passionate about reducing the number of children being removed into care by supporting women to bring about change in their lives?

Southwark Pause is an award-winning programme, offering women the chance to pause and take control over their lives, breaking a destructive cycle that causes both them and their children deep trauma, as well as reducing huge costs to society and the taxpayer.

This role requires someone highly organised and enthusiastic, who confident and competent in providing comprehensive and confidential assistance and administrative support to Pause Southwark to enable staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

You will be required to conduct administrative tasks such as data entry and managing project finances, as well as tasks such as supporting and developing mechanisms for quality assurance, extracting and communicating high level reports from data analysis, and driving outcome focus within the project.

You will be highly self-motivating, keen to use and develop your analytical and organisational skills, and passionate about quality assurance.
