The role

You'll support complex, organisational redesign initiatives and lead multi-disciplinary teams to bring about positive organisational and cultural change as set out in our Digital Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As our Technology Project Manager, you'll be responsible for complex, systems and organisational redesign projects that deliver organisational and cultural change.
  • Based in the Digital Inclusion & Change team your focus will be on improving mobile and full-fibre connectivity across the borough tackling digital exclusion for residents.
  • In this role, you'll work closely with both internal and external suppliers, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, quality, and scope.
  • You'll be responsible for project reporting and the production of all project-related documents, playing a key role in the successful delivery of a range of complex projects.
  • You'll be the go-to expert, lending your technical prowess to support departmental projects and transformational change initiatives.
  • Create and implement project management systems, controls and procedures in accordance with good practice.
  • Be wholly responsible for project budgets, ensuring projects remain within budget.

Salary Range

£51,099 - £58,197
