The role: 

The Technology Business Analyst provides transformation advice, guidance and support to the organisation.  They will identify areas for improvement in terms of process and efficiency and develop effective digital solutions to deliver that improvement.  Examples of this include supporting key services areas such as Children’s and Adults and Exchequer Services with process redesign. This could include setting up new systems based upon user requirements and conducting gap analysis by mapping the ‘As Is’ process and creating the new ‘To Be’ process design for a range of services and products.

The role sits within Southwark's Technology Transformation team, leading on Southwark's digital and technology transformation and the programmes of work associated with this.  

About you: 

Do you have extensive business analysis experience? 

Do you have experience in designing and implementing digital services and customer journeys?

Are you knowledgeable in transformation, service redesign and process mapping?
