Technology & Digital Services sits within the Ustomer Experience Division of the Housing and Modernise department. Modernise provide a joined up service to the business delivering change that affects where and how staff work and what they do.

The Role:
The Technology & Digital Finance Manager is responsible for managing Technology and Digital Services finance related work, including invoice management, budget forecasting, management and monitoring, cost re-charging and assisting with the management of supplier/vendor relationships from a finance perspective. The post holder will also be responsible for contract monitoring for the council’s key technology vendors.
The post holder reports to the Programme Lead (Data & Platforms) and will work closely with all areas of Technology and Digital Services (TDS), the Finance department and the council’s technology and infrastructure suppliers/vendors.
About You:
Are you a proficient finance manager with experience working in a complex organisation?
Do you have experience managing contracts with key vendors and suppliers?
Are you skilled at budget management?
