Technical Administrator

Southwark Repairs is a customer focused service and we are working on our Improvement Plan to become a fit for the future service that put residents at it’s heart.

The Role

Southwark Repairs is looking for an exceptional candidate to support our enhanced repairs team. The role will involve working with different stakeholders ensuring we have a collection of business processes focused on consistently meeting residents, businesses, borough users and customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction.

About you

The successful candidate will need to have strong organisation and IT skills to strengthen our team at Southwark Repairs, undertaking customer care duties including dealing with correspondence, raising work orders and updating technical databases, liaising with customers, other departments and stakeholders. Dedicated to ensuring that the council’s customers receive an excellent standard of service.

Co-ordination and administration skills, including developing and maintaining efficient office management, records systems and procedures. You must be an excellent communicator with strong customer focus and commitment.

Additional Information:

This is a part time post consisting of 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays).
