The role
The Role:
To manage the marketing and recruitment of foster carers, and drive Southwark’s sufficiency and recruitment/marketing strategy. To create digital and physical marketing campaigns, coordinate and manage events, volunteers and social media platforms. To manage the team of social workers and end to end process of assessment from enquiry to approval and training to increase in house foster carer capacity and quality to meet the needs of Southwark’s children.
About You
We are looking for someone with the motivation and drive to support our campaigns and strategies whilst providing excellent management and leadership to the team. You will have knowledge, experience and interest in fostering regulations and national minimum standards as well as marketing and recruitment strategies to increase our carer cohort.
