An exciting opportunity has arisen in Southwark Council's Adult Social Care Division (ASC) for the position of Team Manager for Adult Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) Team, with expansion of new areas of work in the preparation and future implementation of Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS).

You will need to operate both at a strategic level as well as operationally in order to assist the Council to fulfil its statutory duties in Adult Safeguarding and DOLS. It is a specialist role requiring professional knowledge, skills and experience in the relevant fields in order to provide competent guidance and direction to others.
