The role

Southwark Children’s Services are recruiting a 16+ Team Manager to lead the 16+  service on our continuing improvement journey.

This is an amazing opportunity for an amazing and passionate person to work with our children and young people.
You are committed to working in partnership with our children and young people and determined to deliver the services they deserve together.
This is an exciting role that requires a leader with ambition, creativity and proven experience leading a Team in Children’s Services.

There has been significant investment in this service with DFE innovation funding, work with Catch22, a developing Corporate Parenting agenda across the Council and the recent appointment of new integrated specialist posts, additional Personal Advisers and Social Workers.
