About the Role
We are looking for Team Leaders for our Orient Street Respite Unit which supports children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism and associated physical disabilities.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for proving a safe, caring and stimulating environment for our clients; promoting their well being and maximising their independence. This role includes coordinating and managing care and ancillary staff during a shift and providing support and supervision as required.
About You
If you are QCF Level 3 Qualified (or equivalent) with knowledge and experience of working with children, young people, and adults with Learning Disabilities we would like to hear from you!
