We are recruiting for a Sustainability & Energy Manager, this role will be responsible for contract managing the council’s energy contracts and ensuring we increasingly decarbonise across our estate. You will work with colleagues across the council on the delivery of energy projects as defined by the council’s Climate Action Plan, securing funding, pushing innovation and ensuring the council’s energy policy is in line with best practice. This role will be part of a small team responsible for delivering one of the council’s top priorities.

Southwark is an exciting place to work and proud to celebrate its diversity as a borough. We particularly encourage and welcome applicants from Black, Asian and ethnic minorities since we are underrepresented in this area of the business.

If you think you have the right values, experience and expertise to add to our culture, please do not hesitate to apply.
