The role: 

You will work closely with the Curriculum Manager to assist with the management and delivery of the Southwark Music Curriculum Partnership Programme in schools. You will manage and develop the organisation of Early Years and SEND music provision and be the main point of contact for any EYFS and SEND support for tutors and schools.

Key Duties will include: Assisting the Curriculum Manager to deliver the Curriculum Partnership Programme in schools.

Assisting the Curriculum Manager with recruiting, training and managing Southwark Music tutors.

Managing and developing the organisation of Early Years and SEND music provision and be the main point of contact for any EYFS and SEND support for tutors and schools.

Providing formal written observations of tutors and completing annual Performance Evaluations.

Assisting with organising and running CPD sessions for schools and Southwark Music tutors.

Supporting the Curriculum Manager in identifying, developing and updating learning resources.

Attending any relevant Curriculum, EYFS, and SEND training and keeping up to date with and assisting the Senior Leadership Team with the delivery of new initiatives in music education.

Additional Information:

- This a Permanent  Part-time role, 3 days a week, term time only

- Enhanced DBS check is required

For salary details, Part Time, Term Time Only, Salary range £19,655 - £22,592.
