The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a colleague with substantial senior level and strategic leadership experience to join the housing and modernisation department to lead some major change programmes and improvement programmes.
The Role
The objectives of the secondment is for you to undertake strategic project work to include; procurement of temporary accommodation that has tight start and end time scale, housing property data management and use, support organisation change and other duties as agreed by the Housing & Modernise Strategic Director Michael Scorer.
A detailed work plan will be agreed with you within the first two weeks of you joining us.
About You:
Experience
- Substantial experience of working at a senior level (head of service and above), leading large and complex teams
- Substantial experience of working with council cabinet members in a strategic role
- Proven track record of leading and delivering major strategic change programmes

Internal Only - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
