We are recruiting to a number of Social work positions within our Older Person & Physical Disabilities Services including Assessment and Intake, Case Management and Intermediate Care Southwark.

The role requires applicants who can manage competing demands and can stay calm under pressure. Applicants should hold a degree in social work, be registered with Social Work England, together with extensive post qualifying experience and knowledge of adult social care legislation and good practice.
They must have the ability to problem solve, identify and manage risk and have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the legislation that relates to adults and older people.
We will invest in providing the resources you need to develop professionally, through both formal and informal development opportunities.
