The Role:

Make a difference within our sheltered housing service.

The role is all about delivering an enhanced housing management service. Working closely with key partners and stakeholders to ensure that the health and safety of sheltered housing tenants is closely monitored and all potential risks are minimised or removed. It is about providing a service that ensures that the buildings are clean, safe and maintained to a high standard so that our older, vulnerable residents are happy living in a safe, secure environment.

The sheltered team provides a high quality, customer focused service which continually improves the quality of life for older residents.

The requirements:

You’ll come to us with experience of working with older people and an understanding of the challenges facing inner London borough. One of your core skills is your ability to work effectively and fairly with people from a range of backgrounds. You will have a proven ability to meet deadlines and targets and maintain high standards.

Additional salary details

Working Hours are 8.00 am to 16.00 pm Monday to Friday.
