Southwark is committed to providing an enhanced housing management for it’s elderly residents, providing a safe, secure and pleasant environment while encouraging independent living.
You will be part of a team providing an enhanced housing management service for its elderly residents, working together in partnership with residents and stakeholders, ensuring buildings are kept clean, safe and maintained to a high standard. You will also be responsible for tenancy management within your unit, arrears recovery and voids control, ensuring our empty homes are let as quickly as possible.
We want our residents to feel secure, safe and happy and you will also be require to facilitate regular meetings and encourage resident participation in a wide range of activities and events.
You will come to us with a good understanding of the delivery of Housing Management and a commitment to putting residents first
