The role

We are seeking a service development professional to support the identification and delivery of our strategic priorities for children's social care and wider supporting services. You will be be delivering the end-to-end improvement cycle across a range of significant and complex projects that will modernise and improve services for the benefits of vulnerable children and their families.

About you:

To succeed in this role you will need to be highly proficient in business analysis, change and programme management, as well as policy and strategy development. Robust written, numerical, analytical and problem solving skills will underpin your approach to proposing and delivering continuous improvement. You will be an independent thinker and self-starter who can use your initiative to understand, visualise and deliver opportunities for improvement across the system.
