The Role:

Improving quality of life through regeneration is our aim - do you have the property expertise to help us deliver?

As part of a dynamic team within Southwark’s Sustainble Growth division, you’ll be applying property expertise to a wide range of redevelopment projects.  Set against the Council's 'fair future for all' agenda you'll be working to bring the full benefits and opportunities of redevelopment to all Southwark's residents.

About You:

To thrive in this post you'll have a relevant professional qualification together with extensive experience of managing property matters large and small.   As a seasoned practitioner you will have an in-depth understanding of the complex property challenges presenting in regeneration projects.

Most importantly you'll bring leadership and drive to deliver projects. To do this well you'll be able to negotiate effectively with key players in the industry and decision-making bodies and to influence and co-ordinate a wide group of stakeholders.

Additional salary details

This post attracts an additional financial benefits package £2,327 per annum, pro-rata (April-March), subject to yearly review.
