The role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Special Guardian and Connected Persons team. This is a busy team and the role will be monitoring and supporting Special Guardians post order in addition to assessment of Connected persons. An understanding of the regulations and legislation around this type of work is essential. You will also hold 1 or 2 complex assessments.
We are dedicated to high quality relationship-based social work, that is child-centred, family-minded, strengths and evidence-based, and outcome-focused. We are looking for outstanding senior social workers with a passion for direct work, and for supporting others. In return we will support you with training, reflective supervision, clinical advice and support, small teams and caseloads, and administrative support.
