About the Role:
Supervising the daily functions of the Right to Buy Team and manage applications in accordance with the governing legislation and Council policy. Ensuring Right to Buy applications are processed effectively and efficiently, supporting the Right to Buy Manager delivering the daily functions of the Right to Buy Team, including assisting with the management, motivation and development of the team.
Proactively contributing to policy and procedural development and improvement, assisting in the implementation of changes, ensuring that they are incorporated accurately and comprehensively.
Liaising with other council divisions to ensure suitable and logical protocols are agreed and strictly adhered to so that sales information and service charge calculations are based on the most reliable and up-to-date data and are robust where challenged.
