The Role:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Income Officer in the Income collection team.
We are looking for an innovative individual with relevant experience in Project management and income collection, to supervise and influence a team of officers to maximise income and minimise arrears
With the continued impact of welfare reform and universal credit full service in addition to COVID 19 and increase in cost of living the challenge of income collection in Southwark has never been greater.
As a senior officer, you will need to be organised, customer focused and have the ability to lead on projects to deliver against performance targets.
