The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide a comprehensive cost and financial information to management on a wide range of contracts to ensure best value. This is a high profile, financially focused role that must produce results and be fully auditable.

About You:

Your quantity surveying experience will be essential in the procurement and tendering of works. A comprehensive understanding of maintenance and partnering contracts is essential when dealing with contractors. An understanding of leasehold issues in relation to repairs and maintenance is also key, plus the ability to work flexibly as part of the repairs team to provide high quality results and service improvement.
