The Role:

As a Senior Compliance Adviser in our newly established Resourcing service, you’ll be focused on providing an exceptional onboarding experience for hiring managers and candidates. Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, you’ll be accountable for the timely completion of pre-employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, References, etc.), contracts, and onboarding updates.
Leading a small but dedicated team of Compliance Advisers, you’ll maintain high service standard, ensuring the team are supported with the right skills, training, and resources to meet the needs of the organisation.
Working collaboratively with hiring teams and the wider Resourcing team, you’ll strive for excellence delivering an expert, proactive, and customer-focused service, whilst identifying opportunities to improve our systems and processes.

About You:
To be successful, you’ll have a background in HR, Organisational Development, or a similar field, with specific experience of managing an onboarding process, supervising junior members of staff, and developing policies and procedures.
Crucially, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively, whilst building relationships with key stakeholders and partners at various levels.
