The Role:
Technology & Digital Services sits within the Ustomer Experience Division of the Housing and Modernise department. Modernise provide a joined up service to the business delivering change that affects where and how staff work and what they do.

The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for the delivery of services and underpinning applications relating to one or more of the corporate applications or technical specialisms within the portfolio that they operate. For this role, the analyst will be responsible for supporting applications used by the asset management division.
They will provide expert knowledge on one or more corporate systems and operate as part of a team of specialist analysts delivering related services and supporting the underpinning applications in the portfolio, as well as ensuring services are continually developed & improved.
About You:
You will bring excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for an innovative problem solver, with technical experience, who can operate effectively in a local government environment, it is therefore essential that you demonstrate an awareness of issues that we face and experience dealing with key asset management systems, including but not limited to Apex, Total Connect, NEC Northgate. You will be able to show appropriate vocational or academic qualifications for the post, or equivalent work experience.
