Pest Control Services are seeking enthusiastic, self motivated candidates for the position of Scheduling Manager. We are looking for someone who can help improve the quality of life for residents and users of Southwark, by delivering a pest free environment where people feel safe and proud.
Pest Control Services provide a key front line service for both residential and commercial customers across the borough and as part of Traded Service will be looking to expand its services to cater for a bigger audience in the future. Working in an exciting and commercially expanding business unit, you would be responsible for the administration and office function of the service along with resolving complaints and defending the council against any pest related legal action.
You will have excellent communication and people management skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues. You will work effectively and to deadlines to deliver quality outcomes and provide excellent customer service.
Additional details
About You:
The post holder should be qualified to degree level or equivalent, this may include consideration of relevant work experience.
Evidence of continued professional, managerial and personal development, within the relevant discipline.
Knowledge of pest control legislation and in particular, legislation involved in frequent pest legal claims made against local authorities.
