The Role:

We are looking for someone who can help improve the quality of life for residents and users of Southwark, by delivering a pest free environment where people feel safe and proud. The Pest Control team provide key front line services for both residential and commercial customers across the borough and as part of Traded Services will be looking to expand its service delivery to cater for a bigger audience in the future.

Working within a busy office environment you will be responsible for the scheduling of works, dealing with customer enquiries and supporting front line operatives. You will come to us with a good understanding and experience of using basic IT software along with dealing with customer queries via email and telephone.

About You:

You will have good communication skills with a proactive approach to resolving problems. You will work effectively and to deadlines to deliver quality outcomes whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
