The Role:

We are seeking short-term support to help define the scope of a pay and reward review, and depending on decision-making from the first stage, draw up a programme plan to help take forward and start the process of implementation.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute towards the start of ultimately redefining the fundamental underpinning of our existing pay and reward practices and policy framework.

About You

- Graduate membership of the CIPD or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience

- Worked constructively with TU representatives and other stakeholders in different sectors, including public/3rd sector

- Proven ability to write in plain English to a wide range of audiences, pitched to appropriate tone and style

- Previous/current experience of being a senior HR 'practitioner', ie on the ground successfully implementing reward and remuneration policies, and therefore able to demonstrate practical applicability of guidance and advice

- Strong project management and data analytical skills

 - Self-sufficiency, with ability to manage own portfolio and deliver high quality suitable policies and guidance without intensive supervision
