The role

About Southwark

Southwark is a large, ambitious and progressive council with a ‘can do’ attitude.  As a Council, we are successful, passionate and forward thinking. This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute towards the start of ultimately redefining the fundamental underpinning of our existing pay and reward practices and policy framework.

- Previous/current experience of being a senior HR 'practitioner', ie on the ground successfully implementing reward and remuneration policies, and therefore able to demonstrate practical applicability of guidance and advice

- Strong project management and data analytical skills

 - Self-sufficiency, with ability to manage own portfolio and deliver high quality suitable policies and guidance without intensive supervision
