*GCSE qualification requirements will vary depending upon apprenticeship level
*English and Maths qualifications are a mandatory element of an apprenticeship if not held as a GCSE upon enrolment.

The Role:
Apprenticeships are more popular than ever, as more people look to vocational qualifications to help get into the job that is right for them. It’s all about learning on the job – combining valuable experience gained from actually doing the job, with focused and relevant study towards a level 3 AAT qualification.
Revenue service charge team is responsible for the construction of service charges for around 14,000 leaseholders and over 1200 freeholders. Responsible for constructing accurate and timely actuals and estimates for revenue service charges across a growing portfolio of properties, in a correct, open and transparent manner in accordance with the required industry and professional standard.
The apprenticeship pathway you will be completing will be Data Analysts Level 4
About You:
Whether you’ve just left school or college, or you’re ready to make a career change, we are looking for 2 Revenue Service Charge Apprentices join our team. Applicants must be able to work full time and have GCSE A* - C grades in English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
You will have excellent numeracy skills, a strong eye for detail and an understanding of how financial spreadsheets are constructed and reconciled is desirable. You will need the ability to gather, analyse and interpret information and exercise judgement. You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities, work to deadlines and work as part of a team to deliver statutory deadlines.
