Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who has a demonstrable background in executing effective talent attraction campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, in budget and to the agreed scope. Working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll have exceptional communications skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to evidence the following skills & experience within your application:
- Leading recruitment campaigns/ projects within agreed timeframes
- Providing a proactive, customer centric recruitment service
- Supporting managers with advert creation, attraction, and assessment/ selection activities
- Building/ promoting employer brand and value propositions
- Understanding of Environment, Neighbourhoods, Growth & Housing candidate market

As a Resourcing Partner in our newly established team, you won’t just be filling roles, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of Southwark, by providing a personalised, proactive and customer focused service for our hiring managers.
From designing and delivering innovative resourcing strategies, to developing talent pipelines - no two days are the same. Leading multiple recruitment campaigns, you’ll also gain the opportunity to contribute to the development of Southwark’s employer brand, collaborating with services to define their specific value proposition.
Taking responsibility for roles considered as niche or hard to fill, you’ll build your knowledge across different service areas, providing valuable insights into the candidate/ market activity, and devising appropriate talent attraction campaigns.
