We are excited to be recruiting a Resourcing Partner for a 9-month fixed-term contract (with possible extensions). In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering expert, proactive and customer-focused recruitment services for our Children’s and Adults (C&A) departments. About the Role:

As the C&A Resourcing Partner, you’ll work closely with the Senior Resourcing Partner to lead and manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish. From designing engaging job adverts to issuing conditional offer letters, you’ll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process.

You’ll work in partnership with hiring managers to understand their vacancies, build talent pipelines, use data insights to shape recruitment strategies, and offer expert advice to ensure we select and hire the best candidates. Your role will directly support our Children’s and Adults departments in delivering excellent services to Southwark’s most vulnerable residents.

In this position, you’ll also have the opportunity to improve processes, reduce reliance on temporary staff and much more - all while championing diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our work.

  • Builds positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other key stakeholders.
  • Can lead and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Takes a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Uses data insights to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail while working efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Possesses exceptional organisational skills to keep multiple campaigns on track.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
