The Role:

The Residential Conveyancing and Compliance Team is pleased to offer a 9 month fixed term opportunity for the role of Residential Conveyancing and Compliance Co-ordinator.

You will provide administrative and financial support to the team and manager, including operating processes, responding to initial queries, and providing support for meetings or projects.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing high volume workloads and be a forward thinking individual with a strategic and methodical approach to service improvement and delivery. You will have administrative experience and be able to use a wide range of computer packages efficiently.

About You: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailed orientated co-ordinator to join our dynamic conveyancing and compliance team.  As a coordinator for the team, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and optimizing the team’s inbox

- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance

- Filing and archiving

- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations

- Compiling reports

- Taking and preparing minutes in meetings

- Supporting and leading project work for the team.

- You will need to be organised and able to manage own workload with clear deadlines.
