The role
In this role you will plan and deliver the councils engagement with council tenants, leaseholders and homeowners to contribute to achieving the Council’s vision for a Fairer Future and facilitating community power.
The role leads on the council’s programme of engagement with tenants, leaseholders and homeowners to ensure that they play an active role in the management of their homes and neighbourhoods supporting the formal tenant involvement structures and building the capacity of our residents to get involved in service management, scrutiny and development. You will lead a professional team to provide a high quality and effective services across the borough and you will be instrumental in preparing the council for our new legislative framework brought about under the powers of the new social housing regulator.

Additional salary details
Internal only role open to agency workers and internal employees only.
This role attract JNC benefit to the value of £2724 per annum, pro rata.
