Our Children's and Adults' Services Department (ChAd) is seeking talented Report Developers to join our team and make a key difference for residents and service users in Southwark. Come and join the team!

About the Role
As a Report Developer, you'll play a key role in extracting, visualizing and presenting data in meaningful ways that guide our stakeholders towards actionable insights.
The successful post holder will also use power app tools such as Power BI and Oracle to create interactive, drill-down-able reports that cater to diverse customer needs and drive insight and decision-making. Therefore, the ability to spot trends, ask thought-provoking questions and provide insightful commentary will be key in this position.
About You
- You will have experience with SQL reporting tools such as Power BI and Oracle. MSSQL
- You will be passionate about transforming data into key insights for decision making.
- You will be a strategic thinker who excels at interpreting stakeholder needs, recommending solutions, and delivering within deadlines.
- You will be an excellent communicator.
- You will be able to build relationships at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders and suppliers.
- You will have well developed technical skills and experience working in an agile environment.
- You will be an excellent team player with analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- You will understand the importance of good data management and be passionate about transformation and change to improve outcomes for staff and service users.
- You will have experience in report writing for Capita One Education and experience with Synergy would be desirable.
- Azure Data Platform desirable
