Regeneration Manager – Regeneration South

The Regeneration team in the Chief Executive’s Department is driving forward major physical change across the Borough through key regeneration programmes including the Aylesbury Estate, Old Kent Road, Peckham and Camberwell, which will deliver thousands of new homes and jobs over the next twenty years. We are in need of an experienced Regeneration Manager to deliver key regeneration projects, from complex physical projects and interim uses to shaping and steering major development programmes.

The role is focused on delivering projects and/or working with development partners to stimulate housing and mixed-use development opportunities and ensuring that complex projects and programmes deliver on time and on budget in partnership with key stakeholders and local communities.

The successful candidate will educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant built environment discipline and hold a relevant professional accreditation, and will have experience of delivering complex physical projects in the context of regeneration programmes.

The post-holder will work in Regeneration South team which covers:
• The delivery of Aylesbury regeneration in partnership with Notting Hill Housing Trust;
• The taking forward of key regeneration opportunities in Peckham town centre;
• The taking forward of key regeneration opportunities in Camberwell town centre.
