Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting key initiatives? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Project Support Officer to join our Sales & Acquisitions Team! This role is perfect for someone with a knack for numbers, databases, and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Create and maintain databases to manage workstreams, ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders on the buying and selling of Council land and property.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with housing, finance, procurement legislation, and Council policies.
- Project Development: Contribute to new initiatives aimed at boosting affordable housing supply.
- Service Improvement: Assist in improving processes related to compliance and service delivery.
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Use your analytical skills to solve problems and streamline operations.
How will you make an impact?
- Proven experience in Project Support or a similar role, ideally within local government or housing organisations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights.
- Experience with legislative and policy compliance, particularly in housing and procurement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with homeowners and various Council departments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to contribute to new initiatives.
- Enjoy a balanced approach with flexible home working, alongside occasional travel to our London Bridge HQ.
