Project Manager

The Project Manager will successfully manage new homes and rebuilding projects in line with agreed budgets and timescales.

The successful applicant will manage, lead and direct the multi-disciplinary technical, specialist and professional consultants and advisers to achieve the council’s homebuilding targets.

The Project Manager will manage customer and stakeholder expectations, set and achieve high quality standards throughout the development process and build relationships with residents.

Additional Information:

- This is a Permanent, full-time position

- Standard 36hours, Monday - Friday

- Basic DBS will be required
