Partnership Southwark brings together local health, care and voluntary sector organisations to better join up services and support, tackle the causes of inequality, and improve the health and wellbeing of Southwark residents.
Over the next 18 months, Guy's and St Thomas' are focusing our efforts as a partnership on:
•Supporting a safe and sustainable return to service delivery for all care settings following the initial crisis response to COVID-19
•Preparing for, and responding to, any potential spikes or a further wave of COVID-19
•Addressing the health, economic, social and racial inequalities that have been brought to the forefront by COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matter movement.
We will do this through four key population-based programmes – start well (children and young people), live well (working age adults), age well (frailty and older people), and care well (care and residential settings).
At the heart of this is the development of neighbourhoods, which will connect people to services and support as close to their home as possible, and make best use of the skills, resources and energy in local communities.
We are seeking an individual with knowledge of the local system, and experience of leading and driving integrated service redesign to improve experience and outcomes for service users. You will be proactive, collaborative, have effective leadership and negotiation skills, and a level of personal resilience to operate across multiple partner organisations in an evolving landscape.
For an informal discussion please contact Hayley Ormandy Tel: 07824 555 542
