Salary range:
The salary range for this position is : £40,005 - £46,053
The Role
This role is managed within the Southwark Anti Social Behaviour Unit and the key role is to reduce the impact of anti social behaviour across the communities within the London Borough Southwark, in particular, within the private sector housing domain.
The position requires excellent partnership working, community engagement, legal and non legal case framework and an ability to navigate relevant legislation for case resolution. You will also be required to prepare court files for evidence to resolve the most serious of anti social behaviour and give expert advice to partners and agencies to promote safety within the communities we serve.

About You
- You will also have a highly developed ability to put victims and witnesses at the centre of your casework to comply with the anti social behaviour policies and procedures on each case that you manage. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be very self-motivated
- To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced officer who has worked within the private sector and social housing and/or a community safety setting.
- Experience within environmental health is desirable in particular, the Housing Act, 2004.

- Standard 36 hours, Monday - Friday
- The post attracts an essential car user position
- The post is for a one-year fixed contract with a potential scope for extension.
