At Summerhouse we take pride in all aspects of our work and we would like to appoint a Premises Manager who will ensure our high standards extend to our buildings and grounds.
We need someone with considerable DIY experience, a skill or trade in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry/joinery, painting or glazing and experience of undertaking responsibility for the care and maintenance of premises. To communicate effectively with the corporate facilities team to ensure maintenance jobs and projects are completed on time. To be the primary site contact with contractors, supervising, signing off completed work and keeping records of same.
We are looking to appoint as soon as possible, an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to organise his/her own maintenance tasks and to set and work to agreed targets.
As part of the interview process, you will be expected to complete a short management task.
