About You:
The successful candidates will have a track record in dealing with a challenging caseload of planning applications, advising developers, and consulting interested parties. The ability to write succinct, informative and accurate reports, together with drafting decision notices to a high standard, is essential. A good working knowledge of the UK planning system, aptitude for plan reading and good communication skills will be demonstrated.
