The Role:

To provide planning expertise and assessment and applying this primarily to the assessment of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and obligations resulting from section 106 agreements (s106), also the demand and recovery of sums and obligations owed. Including the enforcement of CIL regulations.

You will also be required to investigate possible breaches of planning control. You may be required to assess planning applications, preparation of planning policy and guidance or other activities related to the town planning service.
