The role
The Performance Analyst and Power BI Developer roles currently available in Southwark will drive forward the Power BI development programme for the Adults & Children’s Division, including writing reports to extract data from various case management systems.
The role’s purpose is focused on the technical aspects of utilising Power BI to its fullest potential. At a time of reducing budgets, you will work with the Management Information Unit, Adult Social Care managers, Finance, commissioning, Key internal and external partners and front-line staff to translate business requirements into accurate visual management information through the building and direction of meaningful dashboards and reports allowing for actionable insights.
About you:
Are you skilled in Power BI, data modelling and transforming data?
Are you passionate about supporting organisations like Southwark Council to become more data driven?
You will have an excellent track record of achievement and deliverables. The successful candidate will be expected to have strong technical, data and analytical abilities, sound leadership and excellent people and communication skills.
You will work closely with the service directorate to understand their needs and help shape these into visual dashboards to support them in their day to day duties.
Additional details
