What do Pause Experienced Practitioners do?
Pause Practitioners, and the therapeutic relationships they cultivate with the people they work with, are at the heart of Pause’s success – so recruiting the right people is paramount.
Pause Practitioners work with significant autonomy and authority. This means that the highest quality of professionals must be recruited, who embrace responsibility and are accountable for their work.
They are practitioners who come with demonstrable skills and a track record of supporting complex and vulnerable people to overcome the trauma and challenges of their lives. They will usually have held a senior practitioner role in their respective profession and should have experience of delivering evidence informed approaches in their practice.
