The Role:
Pest Control Services are seeking enthusiastic, self motivated candidates for the position of Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who can help improve the quality of life for residents and users of Southwark, by delivering a pest free environment where people feel safe and proud.
Pest Control Services provide a key front line service for both residential and commercial customers across the borough and as part of Traded Service will be looking to expand its services to cater for a bigger audience in the future. Working in an exciting and commercially expanding business unit, you would be responsible for the operational delivery and performance of our front line service along with maintaining and improving on industry set standards.
About You:
You will come to us with a sound understanding and knowledge of pest control, particularly within urban areas, and be qualified to RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management. You will have excellent communication and people management skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues. You will work effectively and to deadlines to deliver quality outcomes and provide excellent customer service.
Additional salary details
We will only consider applications from internal candidates that are current employees or agency workers on an active assignment. This is a secondment opportunity for an initial 3 month period.
