The Role:

To co-ordinate all activities carried out by developers in accordance with the council’s Network Management Duty under the Traffic Management Act 2004

To advice applicants in regard to the requirements within Construction Management Plans to allow the applicant to discharge their s.106 commitments

To provide on-going advice to developers in developing Construction Management Plans as development progresses

To be a single point of contact between Developers, Network Management, Planning and Transport Policy

About You:

To have experience of Highways Enforcement and the statutory requirements for New Roads and Street Works Act

Experience of producing evidence for prosecution and giving evidence

To ensure all CMP's adhere to the council's Network Management Duty in line with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA)
