The Role:
As part of the Southwark Council’s Network Management Duty (NMD), the ability to properly manage and deliver an efficient road network has identified the need to provide guidance to developers undertaking new developments within the borough. There is also a need to monitor the developments to ensure the developer and their respective contractors are adhering to the conditions within Construction Management Plans or licenses.
About You:
You would have good understanding of contract management.
Have experience of Highways Enforcement and the statutory requirements for New Roads and Street Works Act
Experience of producing evidence for prosecution and giving evidence
Experience of working within PACE regulations
Have the ability to work as part of a team, and successfully reconcile team and individual targets
Have the ability to lead and motivate staff, to act as a coach and mentor, and to provide strategic direction to the workgroup.
