The role:

The position  Senior office Advocacy Officer is for the period Ending 31st March 2023

The Senior Advocacy Officer is to provide and promote a professional, high quality, second line customer service to the Council’s homeowners and leaseholders processing information in response to enquiries, concerns or requests related to initial (first line) customer interactions.

Ultimately if leaseholders/homeowners are unsure or dispute any aspect of first line services received through various channels, the MSHO Advocacy Officer will offer advice and case manage through to appropriate conclusion.

The Senior Advocacy senior Officer also provides specialist advice to the council’s homeowners and leaseholders in regard to all aspects of the customer journey, council policy and contracts. By working with internal, expert stakeholders and the first line support in the MSHO customer service contact centre, Advocacy Officers will provide additional support in managing the specific needs of this customer group.

The senior Advocacy officer will also  be  responsible for Monthly Reports , Monthly Statistics, Quality reports , covering the Call centre Team leader and the Advocacy Operations manager during any absences .

Additional salary details

This is a part time role for 28 Hours per week
