About the role:
- Strategic and day to day management of South Dock Marina and associated waterways.
- Manage a small but specialised team in the most effective and efficient way possible
- Lead on the development and maintenance of marina assets
- Prepares and reviews contract specifications and agreements for the operation and maintenance of all marina areas
- Manage the safety and navigation of vessels in the marina along with all aspects of the marina boatyard and crane lifting operations.
- Understanding of financial management, including budget and cash flow monitoring.
- Responsible for all health and safety matters within the area of responsibility.
- Ensures all service matters are regularly managed and reviewed.
About you:
You will be:
- Highly skilled and experienced in the marina management environment.
- Experience of running the day to day management and operations of a marina.
- Knowledgeable about boat lifting operations.

Additional salary details
£55,594 - £62,569 per annum (This salary range is inclusive of £10,000 on top of the basic salary and is reviewed annually).
